Our tutors and development advisors may work in schools during the day, providing one-on-one tutoring, mentoring, or supporting small group instruction in the classroom. Additionally, some of our programs run after school, offering homework assistance, tutoring, skill-building, and enrichment activities.

The Sports Development Coach plays a key role in guiding student-athletes in the U1 Sports skill development program, serving Grammar, Middle School, and High School students. Through our sports mentorship program, we emphasize building confidence, character, and community through healthy competition.

Our Sports Coaches may work in schools during the day, leading groups of student-athletes or providing one-on-one coaching during recess. Many of our programs take place after school, allowing Sports Development Coaches to make a lasting impact through sports leagues, travel teams, after-school activities, recess sessions, and summer camps.

The Think U1 Jr. Board is a dedicated team of individuals committed to advancing the foundation’s vision through collaboration and networking. Jr. Board members play a vital role in connecting with the next generation by organizing events, recruiting volunteers, fostering community outreach, providing strategic insights, and serving as ambassadors for the organization.

Pens to Pals provides a meaningful way to connect with individuals in underserved communities through the power of written communication. This program fosters key skills such as empathy, compassion, social engagement, and writing development. By exchanging letters, participants build lasting bonds and friendships, bridging differences and creating connections that transcend backgrounds.

The Think U1 Service Learning Program is a transformative experience designed to connect our community with cultures worldwide. Created by a team of visionaries, this program offers members the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to community development projects across the globe.

Through our Service Learning Trips, participants will not only help improve communities but also gain invaluable cultural experiences, develop new skills, and build work experience—all while playing a role in creating positive change.

Whether it’s constructing schools, promoting sustainability through environmental initiatives, or supporting orphanages by teaching and engaging with children in social and physical activities, our volunteers leave a lasting impact.
